Creativity having many meanings and words to it i would say creativity is what helps our minds go wild, and thanks to creativity theres such things as inventions, art and everything in the world. Creativity is what helps us be creative with our minds so we can invent stuff that are not boring and plain and because our minds are creative we turn plain into artistic and fashionable beings.Everyone can be creative think of the artist, actors, writers, architects, designers, almost every walk of life requires some form of creativity . Everytime when someone makes a drawing or design a product all that involves creativity. If our world was to be without art, technology, books and everything else things would be plain and boring.
The life we leave is on which evolves and everyday people are coming up with different ideas. I don’t think we will be were we are if we had not such but we do and thats makes the life we have easier. This computer i am using right now was a creativity from someone and the font style i am writing with was also and creative idea from someone. All that it is making is making my life easier for me to get a chance to express what i am writing and it is more than the word helpful in our everyday life. What would been the world without inventions?
The main difference between creativity and innovation is the focus. Creativity is about unleashing the potential of the mind to conceive new ideas. Those concepts could manifest themselves in any number of ways, but most often, they become something we can see, hear, smell, touch, or taste. However, creative ideas can also be thought experiments within one person’s mind.
Creativity is subjective, making it hard to measure, as our creative friends assert.
Innovation, on the other hand, is completely measurable. Innovation is about introducing change into relatively stable systems. It’s also concerned with the work required to make an idea viable. By identifying an unrecognised and unmet need, an organisation can use innovation to apply its creative resources to design an appropriate solution and reap a return on its investment.
On other terms creativity may be defined as ‘idea generation’. Being creative is to be able to generate or to come up with ideas. Or even to gather ideas. The new idea can be simple or it can be complex. When a child thinks of an idea, even if it is a naughty one, he is being creative. Similarly, when a scientist seizes on an idea, he is exercising creativity. Creativity is hence a process, or a thinking process to be exact. Creativity comes from the word ‘create’. What is ‘created’ or ‘generated’ is the idea.
And on the other hand innovation can be described as ‘creativity implemented’. Innovation is putting the idea into practice. While creativity is a thinking process, innovation is a productive process. Innovation adds value to the idea, which otherwise remains as a mere idea. If the idea is likened to a seed, then innovation is the plant that results from planting and nurturing the seed.
